An internationally recognized water industry expert of nearly 30 years, Simon has a wealth of experience in non-revenue water reduction, infrastructure asset management, and risk mitigation. Prior to joining Aquam Pipe Diagnostics, Simon served as the Managing Director at Matchpoint Water Asset Management, an APD client, where he was responsible for non-revenue water reduction, infrastructure failure risk mitigation, as well as expanding its footprint to the Western US. Simon also held sales, project management, and field engineering positions at Halma Water Management (formerly Palmer Environmental) in the UK. He started his career at Cambridge Water Plc where he rose through the ranks to the position of Chief Inspector. While at Cambridge Water Plc, Simon focused on leading his team and executing District Metered Area tests and innovative leak detection practices. Emma is Vice President of Aquam Pipe Diagnostics in North America and is responsible for developing the sales and marketing aspects of the business. She also manages key accounts and business partnerships to support the expansion of the company. As a native of Northern Ireland, Emma brings with her over 15 years of experience and knowledge in water distribution systems and pipeline management from the UK and Ireland. She promotes new approaches and technologies for condition assessment, pipeline diagnostics, and non-revenue water (NRW) assessment and reduction here in the US. Emma graduated with a BSc and MSc in Environmental Sciences from the University of Ulster and Queens University, Belfast. She is also an active member of the AWWA Water Loss Control Committee and a contributing author of the new M77 Manual of Practice: Condition Assessment of Water Mains.Email Emma

With over 30 years of Operations exposure and practice, Dave has experience in Production, Quality Control, Service and Repairs, and Information Technology management for a variety of manufacturing organizations ranging from small startup companies to contract manufacturers and Fortune 500 companies. Based outside Philadelphia, PA, Jeff has 32 years in the water and wastewater industry of which about 23 years were spent in the water and wastewater plant equipment business. For the last decade, Jeff has been focused on the pipeline condition assessment sector and has expanded his knowledge base working for a variety of industry peers. He has also gained extensive experience in solution selling and assisting both municipal and private entities to evaluate and extend the life expectancy of their critical infrastructure. Jeff is responsible for an operational team in the Washington, DC office and spearheads sales and business development in the states of Virginia, West Virginia, Connecticut, Delaware, Maryland, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, New Jersey, DC, Pennsylvania, New York, Vermont, New Hampshire and Maine.Email Jeff
