Dan Squiller
Acting General Manager
Dan Squiller is the CEO of Aquam Corp., a global provider of technology solutions for water and energy distribution infrastructures. Aquam’s innovative water and energy technologies consistently deliver sustainable, safe and reliable diagnostics, rehabilitation, and monitoring of global pipeline infrastructures with minimal disruption. Previously, Mr. Squiller has held CEO and executive positions at companies spanning from venture capital backed early-stage companies to billion-dollar global enterprises, including Scientific Atlanta, St. Bernard Software, GT Advanced Technologies, Verengo Sola, etc. Mr. Squiller also has held public company leadership roles, including the chairmanship of Densei-Lambda, a First Section Tokyo stock exchange company. In addition, Mr. Squiller provides consultation to venture capital and private equity firms where he specializes in technology commercialization, international expansion, turnarounds, and Asian supply chain development. A graduate of Ohio University with a BS in Electrical Engineering and an MA in Interpersonal Communication, Mr. Squiller also completed the Executive Institute program at Stanford University. He has served on and chaired various boards of directors and advisory boards for industrial companies, trade organizations, and nonprofits. He currently serves on the boards of Aquam Corp., BrightVolt, and TriLumina Corp.

Stuart Stevens
Director of Operations
As APD’s Director of Operations, Stuart is responsible for the safe delivery of all service-related camera insertions across the United States. Prior to this, he was Head of Operations in the UK, overseeing product development and delivery of Aquam’s Nu Flow Technologies pipe rehabilitation within gas, marine and utility sectors. While there, he introduced an integrated management system achieving ISO 9001, Achilles and other safety accreditations. Stuart is a senior construction operations manager with more than 25 years of experience in the UK’s gas distribution industry. His previous role within the utilities sector was as a senior team member within tRIIO (employed by Skanska Construction) where he spent 2 years as Multiple Occupancy Buildings Delivery Manager. In that role, he managed a team of 20 direct reports and 150+ indirect/sub-contract reports, overseeing the end-to-end process for replacing gas distribution pipework.

Tom Hives
Head of International BD & Operations
As the Head of International BD & Operations, Tom develops business by establishing relationships with government, corporate executives and water municipalities, completing large tenders and ensuring the delivery of projects through affiliation with local partners as well as projects mobilized from the UK. As a qualified engineer with 18 years of experience in the water industry, Tom has earned eight certifications including Level 3 Engineering Advanced Modern Apprenticeship (Electrical/Mechanical), Level 3 NVQ Engineering Production, EUSR National Water Hygiene, among others. He has performed pipe assessment and leak detection projects for numerous water and gas companies and engineering contractors, cultivating relationships with United Utilities, Yorkshire Water, Thames Water, EPAL (Portugal), Miya (Bahamas) and Licuas (Qatar).

Samuel Wick
National Account Manager
Samuel Wick is the National Account Manager for Aquam Pipe Diagnostics. He is responsible for developing new business opportunities through direct customer sales and key channel partners. Prior to joining Aquam Pipe Diagnostics, Samuel was an Account Manager for an industry peer specializing in Non-Revenue Water solutions and instrumentation sales. As a young professional to the water and wastewater industry, he brings a new enthusiasm and energy to the APD team. Samuel originates from Cambridge, UK and has made Jacksonville, FL his home since relocating to the US 9 years ago.

Ron Pitt
Director of North American Operations
Ron Pitt is APD’s Director of North American Operations and is a recognized leader in environmental technology development. Ron previously served as President and CTO of Trace Engineering, the world’s leading supplier of electronic balance of systems products to the solar and wind markets. A holder of multiple U.S. and international software and hardware patents, Ron has founded or co-founded two startups in the energy efficiency and energy management sectors and led the development and launch of products in multiple global market segments with over 1 million installations world-wide. Ron has held positions as Vice-President of Engineering at Exide Electronics, Director of Strategic Development at Network Security Systems, Senior Consulting Fellow at GE Aerospace and Assistant Chief Engineer at Unisys. He served as an advisor on Vice-President Cheney’s Energy Policy Taskforce and his company was chosen by President Obama’s CTO to develop one of the nation’s first Green Button Applications.
